Ducati Monster 795 for India Price and Review


The monster Ducati in Asian markets by a fair margin, but it's still no less a with a Ducati by any yardstick.The monster 795 is basically manufactured in Bologna and assembled in Thailand, with stringent quality control ensuring it lives up to Ducati's standards of quality and fit-finish.
Monster Ducati 795 is the most affordable bike till and it is specially developed for Asian markets like India.This bike is recently launched in the auto Expo 2012 in New Delhi.The price announced at that time it was 6.99 lakh rupees. The Monster is little more expensive ultra-gorgeous single-sided swingarm seen on the 796 for a rather conventional yet absolutely functional double sided swingarm.



The stunning Lightweight 5-spoke wheel rims from the 796 are also replaced by the subtle yet lightweight 3-spoke wheel rims. Essentially, the 795 employs the swingarm and wheels from the lower-spec 696 model but is powered by the 803cc Vee-twin 796 powerplant.

It is powered by a 803cc twin-cylinder engine which generates maximum power of 87 bhp at 8250 rpm with maximum torque of 78 nm at 6250 rpm. The engine is mated to 6-speed manual transmission and the bike features casted aluminium subframe. Monster 795 is available in three shades - Red (red / black) - Arctic white silk (red / black) - Diamond black silk (red / black).
